She also spoke about common problems and misunderstandings related to menstruation and encouraged students to talk openly about menstrual health without fear or shame. The session highlighted the need for proper menstrual care, confidence, and dignity and encouraged students to support and care for one another. The programme was informative and interactive, and the students actively participated in the session. The workshop was well received by the participants and helped them gain useful knowledge about menstrual hygiene and healthy practices."
