"This year marks the 30th anniversary of the concept of the Creeping Codification of transnational law. This idea provides the theoretical underpinning for the TransLex-Principles. The German treatise "Formalisierte oder 'Schleichende' Kodifizierung des transnationalen Wirtschaftsrechts" was published by Professor Berger in 1996. The book was later also published in English in two editions with Wolters Kluwer ("The Creeping Codification of the New Lex Mercatoria", 1999 and 2010). In their Annexes, these books contained comprehensive and ever-growing lists of principles and rules of transnational commercial law. These printed lists form the starting point for the TransLex-Pinciples in their current digital form."
"a) the TransLex Team has collected new comparative law materials (mostly arbitral awards) for the TransLex-Principles which will be uploaded until the end of the year;"
