"The fact the tracker can use different network types, and go into airplane mode when it's within range of my home WiFi, means it's the only one that's worked for me, both for connectivity and battery life. I also appreciate the small size, and the early notifications on battery charge (just on the phone, not waking my dog up in the middle of the night!). "We chose this particular collar because our cat is quite small. There are other collars on the market but this is the best value for money and does everything we could ask for. I have needed to contact customer service a couple of times whether that be through problems with the tracker or problems with The GPS or systems going down but that’s very rare and and they have always responded in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend this tracker, especially if you have a small cat like we do."
