"I’ve partnered with a printing factory and am building a Shopify website for custom printed products. The long-term goal is to recreate overall site structure and functionality from here: https://www.greenerprinter.com/products/custom-saddle-stitched-booklet-printing We’ll start with one product page for one product, using this Greenerprinter page as the reference. If the first phase goes well, we can continue with the rest of the site. I’m looking for someone to handle the implementation from the ground up, including choosing and setting up the apps for dynamic pricing and artwork uploads, plus any custom development needed. Key requirements: Dynamic pricing: Prices update based on the selected specifications, such as size, quantity, paper type, page count, and finishing options. Custom sizes: Customers can choose a preset size or enter their own width and height. Custom-size pricing must use a formula or calculation, since we cannot manually enter a price for every possible size."
"We are preparing to launch a multi-service technology platform that is currently in the testing stage. We are looking for an experienced AI Agents / MCP / API / Automation specialist to design and build a scalable AI Management System that can assist management and different departments across the company. This is not a project to build several isolated chatbots. The goal is to build an integrated, scalable Multi-Agent AI Management System, where a central AI manager coordinates specialized AI agents, all connected to a shared company Knowledge Base and relevant internal/external tools. Proposed High-Level Architecture Owner / Management ↓ Executive AI Manager / Central Orchestrator ↓ Specialized AI Agents ↓ MCP / API / Integration Layer ↓ Central Knowledge Base + Company Backend/Admin + External Platforms & Tools The architecture below is our initial concept. We are open to technical recommendations if there is a simpler, more secure, or more scalable approach. 1. Executive AI Manager / Central Orchestrator This should be the primary AI interface between management and the entire AI system. Management should be able to give it a high-level task such as: “Prepare a driver recruitment campaign for next month.” The Executive AI Manager should understand the objective, retrieve relevant approved company information, determine which specialized agents are required, delegate tasks, monitor their progress, coordinate their outputs, and return the final result to management for approval where necessary. The goal is for management not to manually communicate with and coordinate every individual agent. 2. Central Company Knowledge Base We need a centralized source of approved company information. The initial documents may be maintained in Google Drive / Google Docs, although we are open to a better architecture if recommended. The Knowledge Base may contain information such as company policies, services, pricing and commissions, operational procedures, SOPs, brand guidelines, FAQs, product information, internal procedures, and other approved company knowledge. All authorized agents should be able to retrieve the relevant information according to their permissions. We do not necessarily require a separate Knowledge Manager Agent. A centralized Knowledge Retrieval / RAG layer accessible by authorized agents may be sufficient. The solution should also consider document versions, approved information, source references, and updates to the Knowledge Base. 3. Operations Manager Agent Responsible for monitoring and analyzing daily operations, including orders, delayed or stuck transactions, cancellations, service-provider availability, operational issues, and unusual activity. We would like to explore connecting this agent securely to our Backend/Admin Panel through APIs, allowing it to analyze real operational data. Initial permission level: Read + Analyze + Alert + Recommend It should not perform sensitive operational actions without appropriate authorization. 4. Marketing Manager Agent Acts as the AI head of the marketing department. It should assist with marketing strategies, campaign planning, audience segmentation, KPIs, proposed budgets, performance analysis, and recommendations. It should also be capable of coordinating the other marketing-related agents. 5. Content Writer Agent Responsible for producing marketing copy, social media content, advertisements, push notifications, service descriptions, scripts, campaign content, and other written material. Multilingual content support is preferred. Content should follow approved company information and brand guidelines. 6. Graphic Design Agent Responsible for creating or coordinating visual marketing materials according to the company's Brand Guidelines. Integration with tools such as Canva or other suitable design/image-generation platforms may be required. 7. Video Creation Agent Responsible for video concepts, scripts, storyboards, prompts, creative direction, and potentially coordinating AI video-generation tools. We are open to recommendations regarding which video tools should be integrated. 8. Social Media Manager Agent Responsible for organizing, scheduling, managing, and publishing social media content. We would like to investigate official integrations, where available, with platforms such as: Facebook / Instagram / Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, WhatsApp Business, and potentially additional platforms in the future. We prefer official APIs / OAuth / approved integrations rather than sharing account passwords with AI agents. A possible workflow would be: Plan → Create → Review → Human Approval → Publish → Analyze 9. Ads Manager Agent Responsible for reading and analyzing advertising campaign performance, including KPIs, audiences, creatives, conversions, costs, and other relevant metrics. It should provide optimization recommendations. Initially, important financial changes, budget modifications, and campaign activation/deactivation should require Human Approval. 10. UI/UX Agent Responsible for reviewing application screens, user flows, and the overall user experience. It should identify UX problems, suggest improvements, and prepare clear recommendations or requirements for designers and developers. Integration with suitable UI/UX tools may be considered. 11. Finance & Accounting Agent Responsible for analyzing financial information such as company revenue, commissions, expenses, settlements, service-provider balances, and other relevant financial data. Initial responsibilities: Read + Analyze + Report + Detect Anomalies It must not have authority to transfer funds or execute payments automatically. 12. Legal Agent Responsible for assisting with the review of contracts, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policies, agreements, and other legal documents. It should compare document versions, identify potentially missing or risky clauses, and suggest revisions. Its role is advisory and supportive. It should not independently sign or give final legal approval to contracts. 13. Customer Support Agent Responsible for answering customer and service-provider questions based on approved information in the Knowledge Base. It should be capable of collecting issue details, creating/updating support tickets, and escalating cases to human support staff when necessary. Future integration with WhatsApp and other support channels should be considered. 14. QA & App Testing Agent Responsible for assisting with application quality assurance. Potential responsibilities include creating Test Cases, Regression Checklists, documenting bugs, preparing reproduction steps, prioritizing issues, and producing structured reports for developers. We would also like recommendations regarding which parts of actual mobile app/API testing can be automated, rather than limiting this agent to generating text-based QA documentation. 15. IT & Security Manager Agent Responsible for monitoring technical and security health, such as server/backend errors, logs, availability, backups, infrastructure alerts, and security events. Integration with AWS and relevant monitoring/logging systems may be considered. Initially: Monitor + Analyze + Alert It should not automatically make sensitive infrastructure or security changes without authorization. 16. Data & Analytics Agent Responsible for analyzing KPIs across operations, marketing, customers, service providers, and other business areas. It should generate management reports, insights, dashboards where appropriate, and alerts for important changes or anomalies. 17. HR & Recruitment Agent Responsible for helping organize recruitment applications for employees and service providers, checking document completeness, tracking recruitment stages, identifying missing information, and generating reminders. Final hiring/rejection decisions should remain subject to defined human approval. 18. Project / Task Manager Agent Responsible for coordinating and tracking tasks between AI agents and human employees. It should help track: Task → Owner → Status → Deadline → Dependencies → Approval → Completion It should also identify delayed tasks and items requiring management attention."
